When you order: your name, email address, delivery address and the contents of your order. We use them to process and deliver your order, keep you informed and meet our accounting obligations.

We collect no card details: payment is handled directly by Stripe or PayPal.

Legal basis: performance of the sales contract and our legal obligations.

Your data is shared only with the providers your order needs: Stripe and PayPal (payment), the carrier (delivery), Resend (emails), Supabase (database, hosted in the EU) and Vercel (website hosting).

Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Order data is kept for 10 years, as required for accounting records (French Commercial Code, Article L123-22).

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them: E-mail de contact.

You may complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
