Terms of sale

Products are described and photographed with care; photographs are not contractual. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Prices are in euros excluding VAT. VAT at the current rate (20 %) is calculated when you order, on the total of the items and delivery, and the amount to pay including VAT is shown before payment.

Bulk prices apply automatically from the quantities shown on each product page.

Zisonix may change its prices at any time; the price charged is the one shown when the order is placed.

We deliver to metropolitan France.

Delivery: a charge per item, within metropolitan France, free above an order amount. The applicable charge and the free-delivery threshold are shown in the basket and in the order summary, before payment.

Delivery time: Délai de livraison — ex. 2 à 5 jours ouvrés après expédition. You receive an email when your parcel ships.

If a parcel is damaged or missing, please note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

The order is binding once payment is confirmed. Payment is by card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) through our secure provider Stripe, with 3-D Secure authentication, or through PayPal. We never have access to your card details.

A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to you. It serves as your invoice; please keep it.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without giving a reason (French Consumer Code, Articles L221-18 et seq.).

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, Articles L217-3 et seq.) for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, Articles 1641 et seq.).

Under the guarantee of conformity you are entitled to repair or replacement, or failing that a refund, at no cost. Contact us with your order number.
