Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

Tell us before the period ends, by email to E-mail de contact, using the form below or any clear statement. Include your order number.

Then return the products, in their original condition, within 14 days of telling us, to: Adresse de retour des colis.

Return costs: Qui paie le retour en cas de rétractation — le client, ou Zisonix.

We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery charge (at the standard delivery rate), within 14 days of being told of your decision. We may wait until we receive the products or proof they were sent. The refund uses the payment method of the order.

You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and working of the products.
